Building Maintenance Technician

The work sites are in the Helsinki metropolitan area, and you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of properties. Duties include monitoring heat and water meters, work on technical systems and building automation, and maintenance tasks. You will independently be responsible for the operation and upkeep of the properties. The sites may include hotels or shopping centres. The assignment begins through temporary agency work, after which there is an opportunity to remain in permanent employment. This job may suit you if you have: • A vocational qualification in property maintenance or equivalent education • A few years of work experience as a technical property maintenance technician • Good customer service skills and problem-solving ability • Good Finnish language skills • A category B driving licence We offer you: • Pay in accordance with the collective agreement or better, always paid on time.
