Production Supervisor

This vacancy is for a production supervisor role at a manufacturing site. The successful candidate will oversee the welding department initially responsible for about 10–20 people, with growth planned. Responsibilities include organizing daily work, ensuring sufficient resources, maintaining production flow, meeting production targets and schedules, developing processes, staff onboarding and development, collaborating with stakeholders, and daily reporting using the production management system Monitor. English language skills are desired for communication within a multicultural team. The role requires technical education in engineering or equivalent work experience, and prior supervisory experience in manufacturing is preferred.
