- Guide guests on tours including snowmobile, fatbike, ice fishing, and snowshoe adventures
- Prepare and inspect equipment and ensure readiness for tours
- Provide safety briefings and maintain high safety standards
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for international guests
- Present Lapland’s nature, wildlife, and culture to visitors
Requirements
- Good physical health and ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work under pressure
- Friendly, customer-oriented and flexible approach
- English language; other languages are a plus
- Current first aid training and hygiene passport
- Valid driver's license (own car is a plus)
