Sales Assistant

A part-time position at JYSK in Salo. The role focuses on sales work and customer experience. You will sell actively and view every customer interaction as an opportunity. You will provide excellent customer service each shift and help customers make good decisions. Goals guide your work with a clear direction to exceed expectations. You will implement the JYSK concept and ensure the store is attractive and ready for campaigns. You will take care of stock operations, unloading loads and moving products to customers. The job requires good stamina, but you will have the best tools and team support. The role is varied: store, warehouse, campaigns. We expect you to want to sell and succeed every shift, be energetic and brave, enjoy fast-paced environments and handle shift flexibility including mornings, evenings and weekends. You will gain energy from teamwork and exceeding your own goals. You should be motivated to work in a sales-oriented role and to achieve results, and aim to be the best seller in the store. You should be proactive and able to work independently. Flexible with tasks and hours.
