We are looking for a business manager to oversee the daily operations of FRSH Jyväskylä studio and join our warm-hearted team. In this role, you are not just a performer – you are an important part of the studio's growth and customer experience. Who is this job suitable for? You may have experience as a cosmetologist, eyelash technician, nail technician, hairdresser, massage therapist, or other beauty and wellness professional. Or perhaps you are seeking a new direction in your career and are ready to learn new skills. You do not need to have expertise in sugaring – we will train you to become a professional Sugar Artist. In the job, you will perform sugaring treatments with high-quality products to serve customers and create an excellent experience for them, participate in developing the studio's operations and ensuring smooth daily routines, build your own customer base, and potentially offer additional services such as eyelash extensions, lash and brow services, massage, facials, or other beauty or wellness treatments.
