Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking two healthcare assistants for Satakunta Wellbeing Region’s elderly care unit in Mäntylinna, Noormarkku, near Pori. One position focuses on recreation activities and includes activities at Noormarkku Snällintuva and Porin Puhurikoti. The other focuses on resident care and is a three-shift role. Mäntylinna has 36 resident places. Prior experience in elderly care is welcome. We also value teamwork, independence, decision-making, and flexibility. Experience in similar activity-focused work is advantageous. The job includes either three shifts or day work depending on the chosen role. Selected candidate must present a criminal background check as required by law (741/2023 §28). Positions are permanent with a six-month probationary period. Start date according to the contract.
