We are seeking an assembly worker for our client Allaway Oy, a solid Finnish industrial company based in Jyväskylä. You will participate in assembling high-quality products as part of a skilled production team. Allaway manufactures central vacuum cleaners and Ufox humidifiers in Jyväskylä. Job tasks include diverse assembly and production duties performed according to work instructions and drawings. You will assemble products and components, install parts, perform quality checks, and handle materials in production. The work is manual assembly with emphasis on precision, carefulness, and following instructions. There will also be material transfers with a forklift as needed by production. We expect you to read and interpret work instructions and technical drawings, have basic understanding of electrical components and their handling, experience with hand tools, a careful and precise work approach, good manual dexterity and technical interest, physical capability to stand and handle components, forklift experience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and fluent Finnish. Nice-to-haves include experience in electromechanical assembly and experience in production testing, maintenance or installation tasks. This is a daytime job, salary is in line with the Technology Industry Collective Agreement. Initial pay is about €12.00 per hour, reviewed as competence grows.
