Metal Assembly Worker

We are looking for a worker interested in manufacturing and assembling aluminium parts for our client company for a permanent position in Klaukkala. The role offers the opportunity for long-term work in a stable operating environment, participating in different stages of product manufacturing and using practical handiwork skills every day. Job description The work involves handling aluminium pieces and assembling and finishing various aluminium parts. The role is suitable for someone who enjoys practical work and values precise results. The duties include, among other things: - Machining aluminium pieces - Assembly work on aluminium parts - Working according to drawings and work instructions - Ensuring product quality - Proper use of the workstation and tools The work is a full-time day job and the employment is permanent. The start is planned for early December 2026. Pay is determined under the Technology Industry collective agreement and according to the applicant’s skills and experience. What we expect from the applicant The successful candidate works carefully and precisely and wants to produce high-quality work. Previous experience in production or assembly roles in the metal industry is an advantage, but the right attitude and readiness to learn are most important. Applicants are expected to have: - Good Finnish language skills - The ability to read drawings - Familiarity with basic machine-shop tools - A careful and precise approach to work - The ability to work independently and cooperate with the rest of the production team Interested?
