We are seeking a security industry professional to join our team as a front desk receptionist in Helsinki. The role includes security rounds, responding to alarms, customer service, welcoming and guiding clients, key management, and other general front-desk tasks. Shifts are weekdays from 7:00 to 19:00. The contract is established at the start of the employment for 60-120 hours over 3 weeks. The position is paid under the Guarding Industry Collective Agreement, at level 3 starting wage of 13.43 €/h. We also offer a 500 € signing bonus after 8 months of employment to new staff.

Requirements
- Experience in the security industry
- Customer service orientation and professional attitude
- Ability to stay calm in busy and challenging situations
- Responsible and proactive
- Good collaboration with diverse clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency with common information systems and quick uptake of new systems
- Fluent Finnish and English; other languages are a plus
- Experience with reception, access control, and security systems is a plus
- Clean background and suitability for security work
