Production Manager

Etsimme Oras Groupin Rauman tehtaalle oma-aloitteista, energistä ja ratkaisukeskeistä tuotantopäällikköä. In this role you will lead daily production at the Rauma factory, with a strong focus on safety, employee well-being, quality, customer satisfaction and efficiency. Responsibilities include leading the production with supervisors to maintain high customer satisfaction, managing daily operations, efficiency, resource usage and achieving production targets, ensuring compliance with quality, occupational safety and environmental requirements, identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and practices, promoting worker well-being and planning preventive and corrective actions, participating in annual budgeting and goal setting, monitoring performance indicators and reporting to the plant manager, and close collaboration with the plant manager, supervisors, production planning, HR and employee representatives. Requirements include commitment to safe and collaborative work environment, at least five years of experience in production leadership in manufacturing, excellent leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills, strong Lean and continuous improvement experience, suitable technical degree, fluent Finnish and English both written and spoken.
