Original job description

Lead maintenance activities for the Marine Terminal and Altamira site, ensuring asset integrity, reliability, and efficient maintenance performance. The role also oversees Turnaround (TAR) activities and maintenance cost management. What you will do: Ensure adequate SHE culture and performance; Compliance of expected / defined reliability and availability targets. Interaction with all hierarchical levels. Asset Management. Responsible for developing maintenance site strategies across INEOS Styrolution site. Maintenance budget (cost fix) optimization. Ensure adequate safety culture & performance of the teams under his umbrella. What you will bring: Bachelor´s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or related Engineering; Advanced English Level; Certification as Internal Auditor ISO 9001 current version; Asset Management knowledge; Minimum 10 years in chemical / petrochemical plants. At least 5 years experience in plastics processing Extruders, Maintenance Best Practices, engineering standards, process equipment. Technical skills: Strategic thinking; Results driven with planning, organization and coordination skills. Knowledge and application of Reliability Tools: Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM); Analysis of Failure Modes and Effects (FMEA); Failure Analysis Techniques. Practical knowledge of Predictive Maintenance and Integrity Mechanical. Asset Maintenance Management. Knowledge of Process Safety Management. SAP management. Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access). Negotiation skills. Interpretation of Piping Diagrams and Instrumentation, Isometric, Construction Plans. Excellent writing of technical reports. Engineering standards ASTM, ASME, API, IEC, DIN, NEMA. Competencies, Behavioral skills: Leadership, Teamwork, effective communication (oral and written), culture of openness, influence and negotiation skills. Demonstrate proficiency with personal computers, advanced software. Modeling with example. Physical demands: The position requires frequent walking and standing throughout the plant and Marine Terminal, including access to industrial and elevated areas. Ability to wear required PPE and work in outdoor and industrial environments for extended periods. Occasional lifting or carrying of light materials may be required. Compensation.
