A part-time helper at the fish counter and in the bistro of Kalaliike S. Wallinin Bistro at the Turku Market Hall. You will be part of creating a warm, customer-friendly atmosphere in this historic marketplace. The position is suitable for students who do not have daily lectures or for someone seeking extra work. Working hours are approximately 4–6 hours per day, flexibly 1–5 days per week. Workdays are agreed with the employee. The fish counter is open Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00 and Saturday 08:00–16:00. The Bistro is open Monday–Friday 11:00–15:30 and Saturday 11:00–15:00. Responsibilities include customer service at the fish counter, taking and delivering orders on the Bistro side, operating the cash register, and keeping the counter and Bistro area clean. Requirements include customer service mindset and positive attitude, ability to work as a team member, Finnish and English skills (Swedish a plus), experience in fish counter sales and server/waiter duties, hygiene passport and Salmonella certificate.
