Room Attendants

Our headquarters is in Tampere, and we operate across Finland. We are seeking room attendants for our client companies in Saariselkä for the winter season 2026–2027. As a room attendant, you will ensure the cleanliness of hotel rooms and public areas, including tasks such as cleaning rooms, making beds, maintaining bathrooms, dusting, mopping floors, and textile care. The job requires careful and efficient work habits and the ability to work independently even in busy periods. Previous experience as a room attendant is necessary for quick integration. We require experience in hotel cleaning, independence, precision, stress tolerance, customer focus, teamwork skills, and Finnish and English language skills. We offer a fixed-term contract (112.5 hours per three weeks), responsible and versatile work, professional development opportunities, salary according to collective agreement, accommodation options, and support from Armstrong contact throughout the employment.
