Service Manager

We are looking for a service manager to support the operational organization of the cleaning industry nationwide in Finland. If it is natural for you to take responsibility, clarify activities and solve problems in practice, this role is for you. What kind of task awaits you? The purpose of your work is to ensure that things run smoothly, quality is maintained and the operation is profitable. In practice, this means that you clarify operating models, solve problems and implement agreed practices in the units. You are involved in the takeover of customer accounts and change situations where the whole must be brought under control and everyday life must work quickly. You work closely with service management, units and other support functions. You are not a side observer, but genuinely involved in the doing. The role requires experience of the everyday life of cleaning services and an understanding of where profitability comes from. You have a way of moving things forward in practice, you can prioritize your tasks under pressure if necessary and communicate clearly in Finnish and English. The task is national and requires occasional travel, which is why a valid driver's license is essential. You will join the cleaning expert team, whose work is directly visible in how everyday life works in the units and how the management of supervisors proceeds. The team consists of service managers who have their own areas of responsibility, but the doing is genuinely shared. Things are moved forward by sparring, seeking solutions and quickly to the goal under the leadership of the development manager. What do we offer you? The employment contract is concluded as permanent and the start of work is according to the agreement. The working time in the tasks is full-time. Salary in the position is according to the agreement, taking into account your previous experience and educational background. The employment relationship is subject to the collective agreement for office personnel in the real estate sector.
