Facilities Manager

We are seeking a facilities manager for the Tampere site to oversee building operations for the factory services department. The role involves general maintenance of property, oversight of LVIA systems, building automation usage, planning and execution of repair works, and scheduling of maintenance activities. The candidate will collaborate with external suppliers and Tampere plant departments (production, laboratories, validation, maintenance) and participate in ongoing projects within an international pharmaceutical contract manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include general upkeep and monitoring of the premises, maintenance and measurement of LVIA systems, operation of building automation, planning and executing repairs, and coordinating maintenance timetables and tracking. We expect: experience in similar roles; ability to cooperate, work independently and proactively with stakeholders; computer literacy (MS Office); at least vocational qualification and/or relevant hands-on experience; initiative and customer-oriented action; carefulness and precision; driving license; spoken and written Finnish and English. We value customer-focused and improvement-driven work style; familiarity with automation systems; clean-room technology knowledge; non-smoking; willingness to be on call (1 week per month, 24/7).
