Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager, Mehiläinen Helsinki Mehiläinen is a growing and innovative provider of social and healthcare services in Finland and abroad. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and development-oriented Facilities Manager for Mehiläinen's social services. As Facilities Manager, you will broadly support social services units and business management in matters related to property maintenance for approximately more than 100 care properties. You will support units in alteration projects and maintenance repairs with both your technical expertise and project management skills. You will actively participate in developing the maintenance of the property portfolio and in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. What do we expect from you? A suitable qualification in property or construction At least 5 years of experience in property maintenance Experience delivering alteration projects and repair contracts Understanding of property and building services technology Good interaction skills Fluent Finnish We also value experience in: A social or healthcare operating environment Managing a large property portfolio Cooperation with landlords and stakeholders You can make decisions in rapidly changing situations, build cooperation with different stakeholders and bring projects systematically to completion. You are proactive and independent and can manage several projects at once. You get things done with a positive team attitude.
