Are you genuinely interested in working with older people with memory disorders? Are you good at organising your working day and able to step away from nursing duties when office work needs to be done? Is your medication permit valid, and are you perhaps used to carrying out RAI assessments? Do you speak both national languages fluently? If your answer to these questions is yes, you are the person we are looking for. You can also complete RAI training with us while working and receive help with assessments. Palvelutalo Eleonora is located one kilometre from Loviisa market square and has 30 resident places. The number of residents has been increasing regularly this year. The home seems likely to be full soon, so we want to hire more permanent staff. Most of our staff already have permanent employment. Our staffing ratio is 0.65%, and the home also hosts day activities for external clients four days a week. At Eleonora, the registered nurse takes part in residents’ basic care, but has primary responsibility for medication management, orders for medicines and care supplies, doctors’ rounds, and checking medication lists.
