Shop Supervisor Training

Turun Osuuskauppa is recruiting five S-Päällikkö-valmennettavaa to grow into responsible department heads in Turun Osuuskauppa. The trainees will be hired on a full-time, permanent basis, with an approximately 18-month program starting on 24 November 2026. The program combines hands-on work with business acumen development. Trainees will work across Turun Osuuskunta units in the Varsinais-Suomi region and will experience daily operations in their industry. The program requires willingness to work varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends, at different locations. Managers are involved in day-to-day activities, not just from an office. During the training you will serve customers, develop unit operations, ensure sales readiness, and participate in daily business leadership. The program is tailored to your prior experience and abilities; each trainee will have a personal tutor to support learning and career path planning. The training is conducted in collaboration with Jollas Institute. In addition to hands-on work, you will attend on-site sessions with other trainees, complete online studies and assignments, and execute a project. This provides a broad view of the industry and of S‑Group business.
