We are seeking spotters for a data center construction site located in Masala, between Kirkkonummi and Espoo, to coordinate lifting operations on the site. The role involves monitoring and contributing to the lifting of large IV ducts and pipes. Prior experience as a spotter is not mandatory, but experience on construction sites managing and supervising various machines, lifts, and people is advantageous. On this multinational site, Finnish is needed along with English or Polish. The site is active now, and there will be a need for additional workforce in autumn. For strong performers there is potential for extended work across the Uusimaa region across multiple data centers. Work will feature extended hours during peak season (9–10 hours per day on weekdays with Saturday work possible) and overtime is compensated according to the collective agreement, so if you are interested in increasing your bank balance, submit an application. If you meet the following, you may be the right person: Experience in the construction sector, e.g., traffic control or supervising unskilled workers, Ability to work weekdays 7–17 (longer shifts; overtime paid), Valid professional licenses (occupational safety and traffic cards) – if not, arrange before start, Good skills in Finnish, English and/or Polish – you should be able to communicate in at least two of these languages, High work ethic and independence in delivery, Strong social skills to work with people even in demanding situations.
