As an Implementation Consultant at Ultimo, you help customers modernize their asset and maintenance operations using a best‑in‑class EAM platform. You work closely with customer stakeholders and internal experts to design, configure, and deliver solutions that actually get adopted. You are trusted to lead not just to execute. You will own end‑to‑end EAM implementations, lead workshops, translate business needs into high‑performing configurations, and enable users through training and support. You will collaborate with peers and support teams, and help evolve the implementation approach. The role involves working on high-impact transformation projects, delivering visible value within months, and participating in a fast-growing SaaS company. You need 3+ years of experience with EAM/CMMS solutions (e.g., Ultimo, SAP PM, IBM Maximo, IFS, HxGN EAM), understanding maintenance and asset management, and fluent English skills. The role is remote/hybrid in the UK, NL, DE, or BE, with 20-30% travel. Sponsorship is not provided.
