Optical retail sales role at Instrumentarium Salo Plaza. The successful candidate will greet customers with warmth and professionalism, perform initial checks, and guide customers to an optometrist for eye examinations. After the eye examination, provide customers with high-quality lenses, contact lenses, and stylish frames based on the optometrist’s recommendations. When purchases are made, place tailored orders through our ordering system, hand over the finished products to customers, ensure perfect fit, and provide usage guidance. The position requires prior experience in customer service and sales, a willingness to work in a team to achieve sales targets, the ability to switch tasks smoothly while keeping the customer first, and motivation to learn and develop knowledge in optics. Strong digital and system skills are appreciated. We provide comprehensive onboarding with monthly trainings and annual training events.
