The Role: This role reports to the Team Manager Portfolio Investments (PI) and is located in Gothenburg. We offer hybrid work, which means that you as an employee can work both from home and from the office. We believe that this flexibility creates good conditions for performing, collaborating and working efficiently in both virtual and physical environments. The Role – Collector Portfolio Investments: As a Collector within Portfolio Investments, you work with managing and developing cases in our acquired portfolios. The role involves a combination of administrative processing and customer dialogue, where the focus is on driving cases forward and finding sustainable solutions for both customers and the business. You work proactively and use both telephone and digital contact channels to reach and help customers. The role requires a structured way of working, good problem-solving ability and an interest in creating results through professional and business-like processing. You work mainly in our system Nova, where you manage, follow up and drive cases through the entire process. The role includes, among other things: Managing and following up on cases in our portfolios; Having active dialogue with customers via telephone and digital channels; Working structuredly with prioritization and follow-up of cases; Identifying and implementing appropriate measures to drive cases forward; Managing processes towards authorities, customers and other external parties; Collaborating closely with colleagues and other functions to ensure high quality and efficiency in delivery; Contributing to the development and improvement of working methods and processes. Your Qualifications: We are looking for someone who has experience in administrative work, customer contact or other relevant experience where structure, responsibility and problem solving have been important parts of the role. Experience from debt collection, customer service, bank, finance or similar business is a merit. You are a person who enjoys taking responsibility for your work and is driven to create results. At the same time, you have the ability to meet people in a professional and respectful manner. You work structuredly, have good analytical ability and feel comfortable handling several cases in parallel.
