About the role

We are looking for up to two Research Managers to support the development, competitiveness and long-term impact of the InFLAMES Flagship. Responsibilities include identifying funding opportunities, coordinating and submitting proposals, building partnerships, supporting researchers through the lifecycle, developing collaborations, and promoting knowledge transfer and impact. Requirements include a Doctoral degree in immunology or related field, experience with research funding applications, and excellent English. Responsibilities

Identify funding opportunities and support development, coordination and submission of competitive proposals including national/international consortium applications.
Build relationships with funding agencies and strategic partners; monitor funding developments.
Support researchers through lifecycle: planning, implementation, reporting, impact assessment, portfolio management.
Develop collaborations with academic, healthcare, industry, public sector and international partners; represent InFLAMES in networks.
Support knowledge transfer, innovation, commercialization and stakeholder engagement to maximize impact.
