Sales Assistant

A 10-hour per week sales assistant role at Musti and Mirri in Jyväskylä and Jämsä. Musti Group is the leading Nordic pet care expert operating in Finland, Sweden, Norway and, since 2024, the Baltics. We aim to be the full-service product provider for customers, both physically and digitally, and to offer a seamless ecosystem that strengthens customer relationships and differentiates us from competitors. The job involves customer-focused and sales-oriented service, keeping the store clean and aligned with the concept, receiving shipments and stocking products, creating displays, and running store services (e.g., nail trimming, puppy meetups, MustiCare). We value a friendly customer-service attitude, independent work style and organizational ability, interest in retail and customer service, willingness to handle physical store tasks, and flexibility to work at all store hours including evenings and weekends, and across the region’s stores if needed. Previous sales/retail experience is beneficial; being over 18 is required.
