Club Manager

Club Manager leads the daily operation of a SATS fitness center, driving strong service, sales focus, and high cleanliness. Responsible for overall center performance, financial stewardship, team recruitment and development, and maintaining a welcoming, high-standard environment for members and staff. The role includes flexible hours, with shifts across mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays; requires fluent Danish. The candidate should be outgoing, charismatic, and capable of building strong relationships with members and colleagues, driving processes, and upholding SATS values: Members First, Accountable, Professional & Extraordinary. The position offers a full-time schedule (37 hours/week) within center opening hours (05:00–23:00 daily), with salary negotiated by qualifications, and includes benefits such as pension and health plan; paid vacation and training opportunities are available.
