Process Design Manager

You will be a key expert in process design for industrial and energy sector clients, managing project processes and ensuring quality. You will develop and build our process design operations, shape the development path after familiarizing yourself with our clients, tools, resources, and services. You will be a trusted expert in your domain, networking broadly and collaborating with professionals across design areas. The role offers flexibility and growth opportunities, with a salary range of 5,000–6,500 €/month. You should have strong expertise in process design within industrial or energy environments, with experience in power generation, water treatment, or chemical processes. You will work independently, guide and coordinate other designers, and actively communicate with team members and clients.
