Sales Assistant

Join us! We are looking for a person who works with a good attitude, takes initiative and genuinely wants to serve customers well. The job involves diverse sales and customer service in the world of glasses, sunglasses, watches and jewelry. In addition to customer service and sales, duties include store administration such as invoicing and other administrative tasks, developing and maintaining product selection, arranging displays, maintaining store appearance and cleanliness, and other daily practical tasks. Social media is also part of the job. You don’t need to be a social media expert, but we hope you’re not camera-shy and are willing to participate in taking photos, videos and other content. What we expect from you: - initiative and a proactive work attitude - responsibility and reliability - good interpersonal and customer service skills - sales mindset and willingness to learn - readiness to handle both customer service and administrative tasks as well as store daily routines - ability to switch between tasks smoothly - ability to stay on top of things even when busy and work is interrupted - relaxed attitude to social media and willingness to participate in its creation Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset. You don’t need prior knowledge of optics, watches or jewelry – we will teach you the products and special features of the field. Four stores – more opportunities. Our stores are located in Pieksämäki, Kangasniemi, Jyväskylä and Hankasalmi, and we work closely between them daily. Your main workstation is in Pieksämäki, but there may be opportunities to work in our other stores as well.
