We are now looking for a Service Supervisor to join our growing team in Seinäjoki! In cleaning supervisory and guidance duties, you will be responsible for the operational planning and smooth delivery of cleaning services at our customer sites. The person we are looking for is genuinely service-minded and customer-oriented, and enjoys an occasionally busy working environment while organising their work efficiently—without forgetting excellent problem-solving skills. What we expect from you Succeeding in the role requires previous experience in the cleaning sector, supervisory duties, and results-oriented management of customer accounts. You must be able to communicate fluently in both Finnish and English and genuinely enjoy a multicultural working environment. Strong interaction and negotiation skills and the ability to work independently in a supervisory role are also central to the position. Leading by example and motivating your employees are part of your daily work. You will need a driving licence. The opportunity to use your own car is considered an advantage.
