Cleaning Site Supervisor

We are now looking for a CLEANING SITE SUPERVISOR for our customer sites in PAIMIO! We are looking for a proactive and skilled cleaning site supervisor in Paimio. You will work primarily on the inpatient ward of a social and healthcare facility, but there will also be shifts at our office sites in Paimio. In this role, you will join a professional team that provides high-quality cleaning services to our customer. You need your own car to travel between sites, and we will pay mileage reimbursement for its use. At the inpatient ward, you will be responsible for leading your team’s daily work, maintenance cleaning tasks, organising cleaning work, substitute arrangements and delivering our service promise. Site-supervisor duties take about one and a half hours per shift. You will also be responsible for providing induction on occupational safety instructions and will take part in quality control. The employment is full-time (37.5 hours/week) and permanent. Your shifts are mainly on weekdays from 7:00 to 15:00. The start date is as soon as possible by agreement. Because the work involves several different sites and types of duties, pay is based on pay groups 2–5 of the Property Services collective agreement, depending on the demands of the duties (€12.59/hour–€14.58/hour), plus possible supplements. What we expect from you: - At least five years of previous cleaning experience. Experience in social and healthcare sites, such as a health centre, supported-living unit or hospital, is an advantage. - Experience as a cleaning work instructor or site supervisor is an advantage. - A basic vocational qualification in cleaning supervision or an equivalent specialist vocational qualification. - A proactive, organised and solution-oriented approach, including in changing situations. - Enthusiasm for guiding people, a desire to help the team succeed and motivation to grow as a professional in the cleaning services sector. - An excellent customer service attitude and good interaction skills. - Good spoken and written Finnish. - Good physical fitness. - A category B driving licence and your own car for travel between sites. - Employees working in social and healthcare services must have vaccination protection in accordance with section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act.
