Are you passionate about customer service and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment? We are seeking energetic and customer‑oriented à la carte waiters to join a professional team in Rovaniemi for the winter season. In this role you will handle daily customer service, take orders and serve, and ensure every guest experiences excellent, personalized service. The job is varied and requires initiative, resilience, and a real interest in food and beverages. The work begins mid‑November and extends through parts of the Christmas season and, in some cases, can continue until the end of March. Shifts are offered as 112.5 hours per 3 weeks, 90 hours per 3 weeks, 60 hours per 3 weeks, and occasional on‑call work. You fit this role if you have prior à la carte waitstaff experience, are service‑minded and positive, have good interpersonal skills and teamwork, are willing to work shifts including evenings and weekends, speak English, and hold barista/serving and hygiene passes. We offer an hourly wage roughly between 13.70–16.00 EUR depending on your skills and experience, a friendly and skilled team, and your own Workerin contact person to assist with employment matters.
