Ski Lift Operator

Staffpoint is hiring Ski Lift Attendants for Lapland Hotels Olos Ski Center for the winter season 2026-2027. Your duties include a mix of slope-side tasks as well as rental shop duties. The role requires flexibility as tasks are performed on both weekdays and weekends. The work starts in November 2026 and is expected to continue until roughly April 2027. Working hours average 90 hours per 3 weeks. The employment relationship is between the employee and Staffpoint. Lapland Hotels is a non-smoking workplace. We hope you have prior experience either in slope or winter trail mechanical maintenance with a slope or tow machine, the ability to commit to varying work hours, an interest in skiing and related activities, and ideally knowledge of mechanical engineering. First aid training (EA1/EA2) is a plus, and a driving license is required. We offer diverse duties near the slopes, appropriate work clothing, wages according to the Ski Resort industry collective agreement, a professional team around you and ongoing support from your supervisor, and benefits across three entities (Lapland Hotels, Lapland Safaris and Lapland Ski Resorts).
