As part of our client’s Levi store, this role focuses on customer service and sales of winter sports equipment, clothing, and rental services. You will engage with many customers throughout the day, with a strong emphasis on sales and customer service. Interactions are handled in Finnish and English, as tourists are common during peak seasons. The workdays are busy and varied, following the store’s opening hours from around 10:00 to 19:00, on weekdays and weekends. The position is a fixed-term contract for the 2026-2027 season, starting in autumn according to agreement and lasting until spring 2027. Full-time hours are 37.5 hours per week. Wages are determined by the retail collective agreement, with higher pay based on previous retail experience and education. Please note that housing arrangements are the employee’s responsibility.
