Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a healthcare assistant for the Ostrobothnia welfare region, initially placed in home care in the southern area 3, Helsingby-Solf-Sundom. Are you interested in autonomous work with the elderly, while enjoying support from a competent multidisciplinary team? If yes, you may be the healthcare assistant we are looking for. The purpose of home care is to support the client’s functional capacity and life management so that living at home is possible for as long as possible. We expect good cooperation and communication skills, flexibility and a desire to carry out high-quality client-oriented care. Work is done in a multidisciplinary team in cooperation with relatives, with a rehabilitative approach. The job requires a driving license and the possibility to use your own car. Qualifications: A practical nurse (lähihoitaja) degree or degree under the regulation for health care professionals, or the regulation for social welfare professionals. Satisfactory oral and written skills in both national languages of the country. Those who have completed a lähihoitajatutkinto are required to register in the two professional registers, Terhikki and Suosikki. The selected candidate must have a valid vaccination protection under the Infectious Diseases Act and must present a police clearance from the police register. Trial period applies.
