We are seeking an Early Childhood Education Teacher for Maitorp an Daycare in Vantaa to join our team on a permanent basis from 1 September 2026 or by agreement. The daycare has four groups of children and is located in the quiet Maitorpan residential area. We actively utilize nearby playgrounds and regularly go on forest walks. The daycare’s spacious premises enable strong small-group work in line with our early childhood education plan. We are part of the ProVaka operating model, which is based on guiding behavior through positive feedback. In this model adults serve as role models for children and the operating culture supports inclusive early childhood education and consistent guidance practices that value social skills.
