Team Leader

Team Leader for Tukiasuntoyksikkö Kotorinne coordinates daily operations, guides staff, and ensures customer‑oriented high‑quality services in collaboration with supervisors and the workgroup. The role also serves as acting unit manager and may include medication administration duties if the nurse‑candidate possesses the required qualifications. Requirements include AMK degree in nursing, social work, or rehabilitation guiding; a valid driver’s license, hygiene passport and first aid training; strong communication, creativity, planning, independent work and teamwork skills; ability to lead and support the team toward common goals; willingness to develop team competencies and practices; accountability and decision‑making capability. Experience or education in child protection or aftercare and/or mental health and substance abuse work is a plus.
