A role as a Special Education Teacher for early childhood education at multiple units in Vanda (Håkansböle Daycare, Västersundom Preschool and Trollebo Daycare). You will be responsible for advising and guiding staff and guardians, planning, developing and evaluating child support processes, and supporting an inclusive culture within the unit’s leadership team. Collaboration with the unit head, early childhood teachers, and multiprofessional teams is required. Part-time collaboration for joint teaching and occasional co-teaching is in focus. The position corresponds to full participation in management discussions and development of inclusive practices. The workplace includes several sites in Vanda; relocation plans exist for future expansion to new premises. The role is part of a care network with a focus on language, communication, play and well-being, and involvement in the ProSmå project to strengthen socio-emotional skills.
