IT Systems Specialist

DL Data Oy is an ICT services company based in Lapua that has maintained and developed SMEs’ IT environments in the Seinäjoki economic region for more than 30 years. Day-to-day work remains local under our own brand. **The role** We are looking for a Systems Specialist to look after our customers’ IT environments both at the office and at customer sites. The work is varied: you will manage our customers’ M365 environments and their security, and carry out device and network installations on site. The core duties include: - Maintaining and developing M365 environments (Entra, licences, user management) - Implementing and strengthening security layers - Device management, updates and deployments - Maintaining firewalls, VPN connections and managed switches - Device and network installations at customer sites, including cameras and switches - Advanced user support and troubleshooting The workplace is in Lapua, with customer visits in the Seinäjoki economic region. **What we expect** - At least three years of experience in similar duties - Practical skills in M365 environment security and device management - Hands-on skills and readiness to carry out physical installation work - An independent and persistent approach, willingness to learn and to follow technological developments - A customer-service mindset and documentation skills - Fluent Finnish and good English - Category B driving licence **What we offer** - A fixed-term 12-month employment contract, with the possibility of continuing afterwards - A base salary negotiated according to your skills, with an incentive commission on top - Staff benefits and an exercise benefit - Flexible working hours and the possibility of partial remote work - A relaxed working environment, a skilled team, and the opportunity to gain certifications and develop with the support of the group The position has a six-month probationary period. **Apply** The position will be filled as soon as a suitable person is found.
