We are looking for an experienced head chef for our client, who wants to take responsibility for the kitchen operations and develop them in the long term. This is not a role focused on maintaining the status quo — here, you will influence procedures, menus, and the entire kitchen environment. This is a permanent direct hire, so you will be employed directly by our client. You will succeed in this role if - You have strong experience in a commercial kitchen and have held a supervisory role. - You can lead people, make decisions, and manage the overall operation even under pressure. - You understand that quality food and profitable business go hand in hand. - You are proficient in recipes, ordering processes, inventory, waste tracking, and know how to lead a kitchen efficiently without compromising quality. - Above all, you are proactive and responsible.
