Retail Operations Manager

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a hands-on Retail Operations Manager - Export Markets to support the performance and development of our distributor-operated stores across a portfolio of international export markets. Acting as a retail operations partner and coach, you will work closely with distributor partners, store managers, and retail teams to improve store performance, strengthen operational execution, and deliver a consistent Levi's consumer experience across all locations. This role focuses on driving results through influence, training, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include Partnering with distributors and franchisees to drive consistent retail execution; monitor, analyze, and improve key retail KPIs; develop and implement action plans with partners to improve store performance; conduct regular store visits to review standards and provide hands-on coaching; ensure consistent execution of Levi's retail standards and visual merchandising guidelines; deliver training and share retail best practices; coach store managers and retail teams to strengthen commercial performance, operational effectiveness, and customer experience; build strong relationships with distributor partners and influence performance without direct reporting lines; collaborate with cross-functional teams; monitor product availability and in-season deliveries; gather market insights and share with internal stakeholders; ensure premium consumer experience that reflects Levi's brand values; support Export Manager with store openings and portfolio optimization; provide regular feedback on market performance. About You: Proven experience as a District Manager, Area Manager, Retail Operations Manager, Multi-Store Manager, or similar multi-site retail operations role; strong retail operations experience within fashion or consumer-focused retail; solid understanding of retail KPIs and a track record of improving store performance through coaching and operational excellence; ability to translate insights into action; excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable working independently with travel; willingness to travel; experience with distributors/franchise networks is desirable; Russian language skills beneficial; This is a hybrid position based in Warsaw.
