Job Description Responsible for designing and running quality assurance and compliance programs across the sales operations to ensure process adherence, accurate data, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. The role combines audit planning, data analysis, controls testing, training, remediation and cross-functional coordination to reduce risk and improve overall efficiency. Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain a risk-based audit program covering Sales Operations CRM usage, approvals, contracts, quoting and billing (CPQ), licensing and data integrity. Execute periodic audits (sampling, full-scope where required), document findings and quantify business impact. Monitor and report compliance metrics and control effectiveness to Sales Ops leadership and stakeholders; track remediation progress. Perform root-cause analysis on recurring issues and partner with sales, legal, finance, and product teams to design, pilot and implement corrective actions and process improvements. Validate accuracy of key sales data (ACV bookings, Renewals) and ensure adherence to data governance standards. Maintain and enforce policies, SOPs and documentation for sales processes; keep change log and version control. Build and deliver training and enablement for sales and Sales Ops on controls, CRM best practices, contract/quote compliance and audit findings. Leverage automation and analytics to scale monitoring (dashboards, alerts, automated checks). Support regulatory or external audit requests and maintain audit trail evidence.

Requirements
- Customer Service Quote to Cash operations deep hands-on experience.
- 4+ years in sales operations, internal audit, compliance, finance operations, or related roles.
- Proven experience auditing sales processes, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), or CPQ platforms.
- Strong analytical skills; experience with SQL, Excel (advanced), and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional change and work with Sales, Finance, Legal and IT.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present findings to executives and non-technical audiences.
