Customer Service Specialist

Are you passionate about customer service and helping people? We are seeking one permanent Customer Service Specialist to assist our client with housing and home rental-related inquiries for customers of our client company. We value genuine motivation for high-quality customer service, commitment to goals, and a desire to learn. The role involves handling housing-related inquiries by phone, email, and chat, including search for a new apartment, tenancy contacts (defects, notices to property manager, moving contacts, paint orders), contract-related contacts (signing, termination), rent payment questions and payment plans, and other queries. You will join a large international family and work on-site in Turku Kupittaa after a comprehensive paid training period. The position is permanent with a fixed monthly salary of about 2194 € per month, including a language allowance for English. The working hours are currently Monday–Friday, 8:00–18:00, with future potential Saturday work. Training and work take place at the office. Start date is planned for early September 2026.
