Construction Worker

Entry-level construction worker. Do you want to enter the construction sector but have little experience? We are seeking motivated and proactive entry-level construction workers for various sites. You will learn practical construction skills alongside experienced professionals and build valuable work experience for the future. Tasks are varied and will depend on your skills and interests. Most importantly, good attitude and willingness to learn. Responsibilities include keeping the site clean, moving materials and logistics, assisting construction professionals, demolition and clearance work, sorting waste and other site maintenance tasks. Previous experience is a plus but not required. You learn by doing. Requirements: you must be of legal working age; you must have a valid occupational safety card; you take tasks with a proactive attitude; work safely and follow given instructions; you are reliable, punctual and responsible; you have good Finnish language skills. Having your own car is helpful but not essential; many sites are also accessible by public transport. Flexible, freelance-style work with scheduling to fit your life. The role offers exposure to different sites, tasks, and industry professionals; for proactive and motivated people there may be longer-term opportunities.
