Maintenance Technician

K-Auto Airport Vantaa is seeking a maintenance technician / parts salesperson with strong customer service skills for a permanent position to ensure high-quality customer service in Airport's customer service. You will be responsible for maintenance and parts events. You understand the maintenance process and can maximize the use of available capacity. Your working style is independent, precise, and systematic. We expect: automotive technical or commercial education; strong customer service skills and a positive attitude; prior customer service experience; openness to learn and develop; goal-oriented and efficient work methods; Automaster experience is a plus; excellent Finnish and good English; valid driving license. Previous experience working with Volkswagen AG brands and experience in parts and accessories sales is beneficial.
