Logistics and Production Worker

A logistics and production role at Vesivek, based in Pirkkala, on-site. The job combines warehouse and production duties, with about half the time spent outdoors handling pallets, packing and moving materials, and the other half performing production tasks. You will ensure incoming materials reach their destinations, route usable materials for reuse, and sort items for disposal. You will assemble the next day’s work packages by preparing the necessary materials for installers. On the production side you will handle receiving materials, shelving, stock transfers, stock entries, and operate small milling machines and a roll-forming line. You will maintain a tidy workspace and smooth material flow, and you will be a key part of a team that ensures production and sites receive materials on time and work proceeds as planned. We expect a energetic attitude, initiative, responsibility, the ability to learn new machines (from mobile machines to fixed machines), good physical condition, willingness to work evenings when needed, strong team spirit and positive energy, and a B-, C-, C1E- or BE-driver’s license. Experience with tower cranes, wheel loaders, forklifts and excavation machines is a plus; the employer will teach the rest.
