Night Receptionist

We are seeking a proactive and friendly Night Receptionist to join our team at Northern Lights Village Pyhä. The role involves welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, providing local information, managing reservations, maintaining a tidy reception area, preparing reports, and supporting administrative tasks. Candidates should have at least one year of hotel reception experience, fluent English skills, a Finnish alcohol passport, excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and in a team, good organizational skills, knowledge of property management systems (Mews), a professional and friendly demeanor, and a valid B-category driving license. Desirable qualifications include a First Aid Certificate, local area knowledge, and additional language skills. The position starts in October/November and ends in March, with a monthly salary of €2,291–€2,469 plus benefits. Accommodation in shared rooms is available for €300/month if needed.
