Esperi Hoivakoti Koski as a workplace Hoivakoti Koski offers 24-hour service housing and temporary housing for about 30 elderly people. Koski is located in the center of Muurame, about 15 minutes from Jyväskylä and 30 minutes from Jämsä. We live an active daily life with our residents: we celebrate anniversaries, move and enjoy summer days in the beautiful yard area. We also have a small garden with potatoes and the beautiful Muurame river nearby. In Koski, both residents and employees are considered individually so that everyone gets activities corresponding to their own interests. Nurse's work with us in Koski As a nurse, you create a safe, meaningful and valuable everyday life for our residents with your presence. Your work includes, among other things, basic care, outdoor activities with our residents, supporting functional capacity, monitoring our residents' well-being and various nursing procedures. In addition, you participate in everyday arrangements and activity activities together with the rest of the team. We orient hourly workers to our unit and our working practices so that it is nice to come to the shift and you know what is expected of you. Employment details The task is ideal for a student in the final stage, or for you who wish for additional work alongside your own permanent job. You will be given an hourly employment contract in which the hours are 0-115 in a three-week period. Hourly work allows flexible hours according to your own life situation and does not bind you to a certain number of hours per month. We offer shifts, among other things, via the Temployer mobile application, through which you confirm the shifts that suit you. Salary In remuneration, we follow the collective agreement of the private social services sector. Practical nurse's hourly wage is €14.82-16.03/h (salary class G20C) Registered nurse's hourly wage is €16.71-18.21/h (salary class G23D) Experience and shift-specific bonuses are added to the basic salary in accordance with the collective agreement.
