Practical Nurse

Task description: We are looking for practical nurses for the Ajurintie residential unit in Lieto, part of the demanding residential services for people with disabilities. The unit provides 24/7 supported living for 15 individuals with intellectual disabilities who require special support in daily life. As a practical nurse, you will assist and guide clients in daily activities according to their individual needs. You will support and encourage clients to live as independently as possible and as self-determined members of society. You will take care of the clients’ basic well-being and perform medication- and health-care-related tasks together with the rest of the team. With your professional expertise you ensure high-quality nursing at the unit. You work as part of a multidisciplinary team where clients’ needs, goals and a good life are at the core. The work is diverse and varied, and you will have close cooperation with clients’ relatives and other networks.
