Excavator Operator

We are seeking an experienced and independent excavator operator for a long-term earthworks project in the Turku area. The role is for a skilled professional who understands site operations and can perform the work autonomously. Start as soon as possible, with the project lasting at least until autumn 2027, offering a rare long and steady project job. Daily tasks include a variety of earthmoving works according to site needs. Must be able to operate on site independently, understand what is being done and why, and follow project drawings. Requirements: solid experience in earthworks, ability to read and follow site drawings, read elevation measurements, understand earthwork site operations and phases, work independently and with the rest of the crew, reliable, proactive and hands-on. Prior experience in similar tasks is essential. This position suits a professional who knows the practices of earthwork sites and can take responsibility for their own work.
