Deal Transformation at Deloitte helps clients maximise the value of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across the entire transaction cycle, including M&A strategy, due diligence, value creation and integration activities. The Stockholm office is looking for Consultants to join in January 2027. The role involves supporting clients through integration and separation programmes, managing aspects of the M&A process, engaging with stakeholders to optimise deal value, conducting high‑quality research and analysis, developing client rapport, driving programme management, preparing presentations, facilitating workshops and contributing to business development. The position offers exposure to projects across multiple industries and geographies, with collaboration across Nordic offices. The successful candidate will typically hold an MBA or Master’s degree, demonstrate strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, have experience in strategy development or M&A lifecycle activities, and be fluent in English with any Scandinavian language considered an advantage.
