Job Description
The Kaustinen region is a joint development organization of the municipalities of Halsua, Kaustinen, Lestijärvi, Toholampi, and Veteli. Its main task is to develop the area and its economy by providing services to entrepreneurs, SMEs, and those aspiring to become entrepreneurs. We work practically to strengthen regional vitality and business growth. The region is vibrant and has a strong entrepreneurial rural community actively seeking new development opportunities. In recent years, investments exceeding 1 billion euros have been made, and several billion euros worth of new investments related to energy infrastructure and industry are in the planning stage. The project aims to promote industrial investments, energy, and bio- and digital economy ecosystems, including future technologies and their synergies.

Responsibilities
- Identify and contact future industrial investors in Finland and internationally
- Communicate about the region as a potential investment location
- Participate in domestic and international networking events related to data centers, energy, bio- and circular economy
- Coordinate expert services with the project manager
- Communicate clearly to various target groups
